Deep Dive: Pose Analyses

These short videos will break down common yoga postures and more, giving you a deeper understanding about why we move the way we do, and how we can all work towards balance - together!

To access recordings, click on the Class Library link at the top of the website and select a Deep-Dive video.

Things you might want to have handy: yoga mat, blanket or pillow(s), strap-like option (rope, bathrobe tie, fancy dress tie, dog leash - all of these things can be a yoga strap!), yoga blocks or handy chair or coffee table to help with balance in lunges, and two tennis balls, hacky sacks, or rolled socks in a sock for myofascial release techniques, in this age of missing massages! I have found a larger inflatable ball can come in handy as well for resistance work - the kind they have in wire bins for a few dollars in stores this time of year.
