Lovingkindness (Metta) Meditation - 14 Minutes

A Lovingkindness meditation practice is a traditional way to cultivate compassion and goodwill towards ourselves and others. Known as metta bhavana in the Pali language, this practice has its known origins in the Buddhist tradition, and has been proven in academic settings to have a positive affect on resilience, positive mental bias, feelings of connectedness, and overall wellness including relief from symptoms of trauma and chronic pain. A little bit has been shown to go a long way, and can have a lasting affect - so let’s practice together!
