We do a lot of arm mobility, upper back freedom, hip and glute isolation, and we even sneak in some challenging side lunges and plans (with options for knees down or fully taking a nap).
Have a couple of bath towels or yoga blankets handy, unless you have a small/medium yoga bolster!
