What if I’m not getting it right?

In my opinion, right for you is whatever is healthy and sustainable for your body and nervous system. If your goal in your yoga practice is to create the exact shapes seen in diagrams regardless of body type and past injuries or patterns of tension, these might not be the right classes for you. If your goal is to keep your mind and body awake and move well throughout your life, both on and off the yoga mat, this is a very good place to be.

In group classes, I will offer cues that have a good chance of leading you towards the most beneficial version of the postures and movements. In private lessons, we will work together to make sure that your practice suits your needs as you flow through your ever-changing life.

What if I get distracted during an online class?!!

One of my favorite things about holding classes online is that you are in your space, in your life, with all of its inherent distractions. You have the opportunity to choose commitment to your practice while seeing dust bunnies, hearing the doorbell, finding your kids shoes, and being head-butted by your pets. You are worth the commitment, and the more you practice, the better you’ll get at keeping your promises to yourself. You are absolutely worth the effort!

What if I have questions?

Ask away! Feel free to unmute and ask any time you have a question or clarification. I am also readily available by e-mail, and if you have a whole bunch of questions or want to really work through some specific things, a private lesson is the best way to have my absolutely undivided attention.

Help - I signed up for a membership but can’t figure out how to access classes!

After selecting your membership, you can go to the Class Library section of the website available on the menu. From there, you can select the class or section you’d like to practice and the video should become visible.

Press play, and have fun!
